How to announce a Silent Key (SK) with ARRL

Silent Key reports must confirm the death by one of the following means:

A letter or note from a family member, a copy of a newspaper obituary notice, a copy of the death certificate, or a letter from the family lawyer or the executor.

Be sure to include the amateur's name, address, and call sign.  It takes several months for it to appear in QST.

Mail any of the above to:
